Conditions for Return & Exchange
All products must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
- The product to be returned must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear and tear from the user.
- The product must remain in its original condition, without scratches, no decorative decals, with OZVAP’s warranty seal.
- The product packaging must remain intact, not deformed, torn, written on, taped, and must match the product specifications.
- Personal and order information must match the information in OZVAP’s system.
- The product must not have been exposed to external factors such as temperature, water damage, etc.
- OZVAP reserves the right to refuse returns if the product violates any of these conditions based on our assessment and decision.
Returns Timeframe
- Your product must meet all the return conditions.
- The return period is within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, the new item you select must be of equal or greater value than the one you originally purchased.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be required to pay the difference.
We do not offer refunds for price differences if the new item is cheaper.

Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-6 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
